Baseerah provides Islamic educational short-form video content and tools to schedule posts to connected social accounts. Publish is offered as-is for authorised operators of Baseerah brand accounts.
Public Baseerah videos remain our content (or licensed content). Media you upload to Publish for your brands stays yours; you grant us a licence to store and deliver it to the platforms you select.
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Platform API limits, audits or outages may delay or block posts.
Content is for general educational and reflective purposes, not formal religious rulings. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baseerah is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or Publish, including failed or delayed social posts.
We may suspend access that harms the service or violates these terms. You may stop using the service and disconnect accounts at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
